The storm is passing by Hainin in China, where it is forecast that the weather agency reported up to 320 mm (12.6 inches) of rain.
The BBC weather says Typhoon Kajiki is expected to weaken when it moves deep into the country in Vietnam, but still throws the country of wind 200 km/h and it is expected that the rainfall is 300-400 mm.
Stock jumps are also expected 2-4 m (6.6-13 feet).
Authorities told people on the predicted way not to go outside after 14:00 GMT on Sunday. According to them, the soldiers were deployed.
“The situation is extremely dangerous and not safe for any vehicles and structures, such as tourism, fishing courts and objects to enhance aquaculture,” AFP said.
