The “Trump Effect” gives you the green light to talk in real-world settings

So the mark of a wise person is their ability to change when they realize they have made a mistake. Or you are a former liberal who has finally arrived, or perhaps an organization that recognizes that you have hired some real idiots. Ok, I had to delete it from my system. Now remember that a mistake does not define you. It’s what you do after a mistake.

You can either say I admit what I’ve done and I’m willing to try something new, or you can just keep blaming it on climate change. This is especially true when it comes to Donald Trump. Most idiots dig their heels in, hating him even at the cost of self-destruction. Look at Robert De Niro. He played a boxer, but it was Trump who gave him brain damage. But I’m also a good example. Oh, of course. I used to be a Trump supporter.

2015 GUTFELD FLASHBACK: We’ve heard these rumors that you might run for president. And I was wondering if you do and you win, what would my role be?

TRUMP: Well, I think you’d make a great spokesperson. You know, we would finally have a person in this position.

But fast forward a few months.

But the record has not changed. I did. What happened there? Why did it take time? Well, like Trump, the Pistols didn’t ask me to like it, and I resented that trust. But then I grew to love it.

It’s the Trump effect in three stages – repulsion, confusion, then commitment. Those are the same three emotions I feel when I poke my finger in Larry Kudlow’s belly button. That’s why he smiles. So Trump’s messages, which used to upset me, resonated. I have changed. Trump did not. So when people in the media said, “I used to like Gutfeld, but he changed,” heck, I changed. If you don’t, when you realize you’re wrong, you’re a ****ing idiot. A lot like this guy.

If you thought there was nothing more he could do for the Jews, now here it is. Maybe they are finally ready to get rid of their golden cows. The Trump effect gives you the green light to really talk about real issues. So now the Democrats don’t have to do any more stupid stuff. They can talk about illegal immigration, rising crime, schools. Steven A. Smith, Bill Maher, Fetterman – they all seem freer. Heck, Fetterman looks very radiant.

Like Frankenstein if they put in a good brain. And why? Trump has allowed the pronouns to be dropped and the focus to be on the economy, law and order and, yes, fires. If a fireman walks up that ladder and he doesn’t look like you, who cares? Yeah, I want mine to look like Ryan Gosling, but it’s not happening. So if someone like Zuckerberg is worried about supporting Trump right now, your instinct might be to say, it’s too late, it’s okay.

But as Scott Adams always says, all good things take too long, including other people. That’s why conservatives are never trumpers so unhappy. Their egos will not allow them to admit their mistake because their hatred of Trump is tied to their self-esteem.

But, fortunately, not all Democrats are like that. RFK, Tulsi, Musk, when faced with new information, they also changed. It’s actually ironic for the Democrats. The guy they’ve been trying to put in jail for years is the one who ripped them off.
