He said: “I am the main coach and I am responsible for the team and the team does not work as well as we would like and the results do not want. We have to get more out of the players and this is my job.
“It is a collective (responsibility). No matter how nice it is to point to the fingers and blame people, we all have to do better. There is no one to throw anyone on the bus here.”
Potter abused by West Ham fans
Potter was subjected to house fans abuse while heading to the locker room after the game. He added: “I cannot control what people say or do, everyone has the right to their opinions, I have to do better and we have to do it better.
“You are under pressure all the time. I am aware of my responsibilities and I know what the game is like.”
Potter added to Sky Sports: “A hard evening for us, of course, bitterly disappointed with the result. With the shape of the goals, we admit after starting the game. Too cheap, I think against a higher team, we must say that, in order to award the goals in the way we have is an impossible task.
“As I said, the goals change the parties. The goals affect things too much, and when they are cheap, like the ones we gave away, we have to do it better. Until you can solve it, it is always difficult for the Premier League, especially against the most important teams. We have to improve a lot.

Bowen angry after strong defeat
Captain Jarrod Bowen cut an angry figure when asked how he felt after the game.
“I think you can probably imagine. Fuming. Displementing. All the emotions at the back of the eight -games concession in two games and not collecting a point yet,” he said.
“ I think we went into a very good position at 1-0 and then I thought the goals were really cheap on our behalf. We did not really work for three of the pieces, which we have always attended during the years and a couple more finished inside the six-gardens box. We gave the goals and did it against any opposition and we have known against the Sunderland last week and here. ”
Estevao shines for Chelsea
Although West Ham was Abjunt, it was a good exhibition of Chelsea with Estevao Willian, 18, caused the replacement of Palmer, despite being guilty of the opening target of the hosts.
Blues head, Enzo Maresca, said: “He must adapt, he must make many mistakes to understand how the Premier League in Brazil is different. We granted after the blow, he must understand, but he is a fantastic player.”
In Palmer, Maresca suggested that he was not serious at all, adding: “In the last four or five days he was not 100 percent. He felt something and did not want to risk -to get worse.”
