BCCI to show the door to 2 selectors of the Ajit Agarkar Committee after the Asia Cup selection

The Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) has invited applications for new appointments to its national selection committees, including the senior group of men. Two members will be replaced in the Act Agarkar-Lit Selection Committee, which recently chose the workforce for the next Asia Cup 2025.

“The deadline for the application is set for 17:00 ist on September 10. After the screening and list process, candidates can ask for personal interviews for a later evaluation. All roles require adherence to BCCI’s rules, regulations and integrity rules,” the BCCI said in a statement.

National Men’s National Selector Request must have played seven tests, 30 first class games or 10 hate with 20 first class games. They should have retired from the cricket at least five years ago and must not have served any Cricket BCCI committee for a total of more than five years.

Two members of the Senior Men’s Selection Committee will be replaced

The Senior Men’s Selection Committee, led by Ajit Agarkar, currently includes SS DAS, Subroto Bamerjee, Ajay Rotra and S Sharath. This panel selected the India squad for the next Asia Cup.

The BCCI also invited applications for four positions on the Senior Women’s Selection Committee. Candidates must be former players from the Indian women’s team and meet the retirement and committee experience requirements. The panel will manage the selections between formats and age groups.
