On Thursday, August 21, Kelley, 48, posted screenshots of texts she had sent to a recipient called Scott on her Instagram stories. The text messages read in part, “I come to Kimball (sic). I will see my children !!!!!!!!! Or I will call the (police) !!!!”
“What time and where. You can be there but they come with me. Tonight !!!!!” The messages continued. “You hear me !!!! You will never see me again. And you will never hurt a woman or child again !!!!!!!!!!!!!”
Kelley wrote over the text message exchange: “Listen to Mother. Duh. Don’t be dumb, sir.”

Alongside the picture, Kelley wrote, “Well Shucks … I will probably go to a cowboy bang. Piece it.”
