The court acquires a toxin shinovat in the case of royal insult

The Bangkok Court justified the controversial billionaire and former Prime Minister Thaila Taxin Shinovatt, who was accused of insulting the monarchy.

The charges related to the interview he gave the South Korean newspaper ten years ago. If he would be convicted, he would have encountered up to 15 years.

However, the judges decided to interpret the wording of the law literally and stated that since the defendant did not name the names, it should be justified.

This sentence comes exactly two years after the dramatic return of the former Prime Minister -15 years of exile.
