Issuing Federal Judges who control the blocking of the alligator Florida Alcatras

The federal judge issued a preliminary ban on Thursday, which blocks Florida from the further expansion of “Aligator Aliga”, built in the center of Florida Everglades.

US District Judge Kathleen Williams officially arranged a temporary stop, which she ordered two weeks ago.

The witnesses continued to testify within a few days in the hearing to determine whether the construction of the facility should stop until the case was resolved.

Proponents claim that expansion of the facility violates environmental laws.

Williams said she expected the number of detainees in the facility to drop within 60 days through translations into other objects, and then fences, lighting and generators should be removed. She said the state and federal accused could not bring anyone but the current detainees to the property.

The order does not stop the modification and repair of existing objects that, according to the judge, “are solely to increase the safety or mitigation of the environment or other risks on the spot.”

The previous ban includes “those who are in an active concert or participation with” Florida, federal accused or their officers, agents and staff, she writes.

State officials failed to explain why the facility should be in the midst of Florida Everglade.

“However, it is obvious that in a hurry to build a detention camp, the state did not consider alternative places,” Williams said.

Florida’s representatives criticized the ruling on Thursday.

“Only this week, the judge in the same area as Judge Williams refused to consider the case, since the South District of Florida was an improper place for alligator alcatraz,” said Prosecutor General Florida, a statement by Fox News. “Once again, she crosses her powers, and we will appeal this illegal decision.”
