Defense of Karen Chukhadzhian’s title was confirmed by October 11 in Latvia

Karen Chukhadzhian will fight on October 11, defending his heavy weight titles IBF and Wbo against an opponent still determined at the Kok Dreamboxing event in Riga, Latvia.

It is the second fight for Chukhadzhian (25-3, 13 kos) since losing a 12-round competitive unanimous decision to Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis last year on November 9 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.

29 -year -old Chukhadzhian gave what many boxing fans felt that it was the hardest race test of “boots” ennis, out of foot and the mailbox in a losing effort. The judges were given to the native city fighter, Ennis, with the scores of 119-107, 117-109 and 116-110. He made more efforts against Karen in the rounds of the championship from 10 to 12.

Chukhadzhian’s evolutionary style of struggle

Karen transformed his style of struggle for revenge with Ennis, from being oriented to survival and a clinician to Slugger’s. He stood and fought with “boots” with a foot style, causing the Philadelphia native to pay the features he landed. Ennis seemed visibly frustrated by Chukhadzhian’s success, as he did not expect this kind of struggle for him.

Karen’s punch frequently disembarked he stepped on Ennis’s head, making him fight stronger and left open to being nailed by Chukhadzhian. At the end of the struggle, Tom Gray of Sporting News pointed out how Ennis seemed “default”.

Ennis emphasized his performance, “I think my performance was fine, but it could be time to go to 154”.

Chukhadzhian showed a different side of his game in the fight. He punched nearby and half a range. Outside, it was often connected with simple punches on the head of Ennis.

The Chukhadzhian, a native of Ukraine, has rejected Ennis from his loss by defeating Cristian Javier Ayala for a unanimous decision of ten rounds earlier this year on May 10 in Stadhalle, Rostock, Germany. The scores were 99-91, 99-92 and 99-91.

Chukhadzhian is WBO number 4, #6 IBF and #14 WBC in Welterweight. It has still qualified to the maximum despite the two defeats against Ennis.
