Denise Richards takes legal action to get Aaron Phypers And his family out of home they once shared him together.
According to court documents obtained by Weekly US On Wednesday, August 20, Richards, 54, filed a statement asking the judge to remove Pypers, 52, and his family from the house they lived in during their marriage so that he can return to the property to restore some personal property he left behind following his removal.
“When I moved out over two years (back), I left many of my personal items and my late mother’s items in the house based on Aaron telling me that his family would move back to Canada and that we would move back to (home),” read the docs.
It is alleged that Richards’ dogs have also been in the property since May while he improved two surgeries. Richards claimed that Phypers had agreed to that arrangement.
However, Richards claimed that she received a message from the landlord of the property last month stating that she will begin “eviction case” starting on Saturday, August 23, and insisted that the residence be left. It is alleged that the landlord has told Richards that Phypers has not been responsive to their messages and has not been paying rent. According to Richards, Phypers informed January that he would be responsible for the home payment.
In the Docs, Richards noted that she was concerned about her possibly damaged and wanted to be able to restore the items and her animals without attending puppers.
Richards claimed that “Aaron and his parents and brother were seriously damaged” the home as it was “in a state of chaos.” She included images that showed pieces of floors removed, several boxes, an article of clothing and papers scattered around.
In his filing, Richards asked that Phypers and his family will not be present at the property on Saturday as she restores her items and pets. He also asked that there will be no recording or listening devices at the property during that time.

Pypers introduced Wednesday’s response stating that it is not “consent to (s) order requested” by Richards.
“There is no emergency or exile circumstance and the court should deny (she) Ex parte application,” read the Docs.
He also asked whether the court is considering issuing the Richards order, he would like to “restore” his own “personal property” from the old residence where Richards is currently resident.
Pipe filed for divorce from Richards in July after seven years of marriage. He referred to “incompatible differences” as the reason for the split. Days after news broke their divorce, Richards accused Phypers from Physical abuse During their marriage and requesting a suspension order against her ex.
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron often choked me violently, squeezing my head violently with both hands, squeezing my arms tightly, slaping me violently in my face and head, slaming my head aggressively into the bathroom towel rack, threatening to kill me, holding me down with his head – that I pleaded for me and messages, ”Richards wrote in a statement.
