The US judge and the star of social media Frank Caprio died at the age of 88, his family said.
His death after the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was announced on his official Instagram account, where he was remembered for his “warmth” and “unwavering belief in the good of humans.”
David Caprio, his son, thanked the fans for the love and support and urged people to “spread a little kindness” in memory of his father.

In a statement by Instagram to his 3.4 million followers, Judge Caprio remembered the “countless actions he inspired.”
“His warmth, humor and kindness left a lasting mark to all who knew him,” the statement said.
Judge Caprio managed thousands of cases in his hometown Providence, Rod -Ayland before starting a television career.

Judge Caprio survived his wife Joyce Caprio, almost 60 years old, their five children, seven grandchildren and two great -grandchildren.
