On Monday, August 19, Judge Utah who presided over the divorce gave a motion brought by Kelley attorney, Farrah Spencerto withdraw as her representation.
The judge said Spencer and her legal company “can immediately withdraw as a record counsel for (Kelley), and are released from any future duties and responsibilities for (Kelley) in this case.”
“All plants, proposals, notices and other documents must be delivered directly on (Kelley) in” her e -mail address, by the judge.

“There are some significant challenges that make our situation incredibly difficult and controversial, and it is tragic for everyone who took part,” continued Scott. “I found out some annoying and completely fake allegations made about me by my disengaged wife.”
