The largest loser Season 6 winner Michelle Aguilar shares her positive experience working with a trainer Jillian Michaels.

“She wasn’t just my coach. She was my impetus, my guide and sometimes the hard love I didn’t know I needed,” said Aguilar. “Jillian has this way of pushing you past what you think is possible and somehow makes you believe in yourself at the same time. There were so many seconds I thought, ‘I can’t do this.’ But because of her, I did.
After losing 110 lbs, Aguilar was named largest season loser in December 2008 and won $ 250,000.
More than 15 years later, Aguilar can still call Michaels a close friend.
“The bond we built back is only stronger,” he said. “Today, I get to call Jillian a friend of mine. And that’s one of the biggest gifts I could have ever imagined. Hi, without a doubt, the best!”

The largest loser has been put in the spotlight again after Netflix showed for the first time new docuseries about the show called Fit for TV: the reality of the largest loser.
The project includes interviews with ex Largest loser competitors, as well as fellow coach Every harperMedical Advisor of the Show, Dr. Robert Huizengaand other people associated with the show.
