Hulu’s Is you my first Is everything about virgins looking for love – but did any season 1 competitors sleep together on screen?
The reality show, which performed for the first time on Monday, August 18, described as a new dating Experiment “where virgins steer love, lust and lose it.”
“In this innovative new dating experiment, the hottest group of virgins ever gathered was looking for intimacy, love – and perhaps their first – in a tropical paradise designed for them only,” read the summary. “For the first time, they are free to explore their contacts without opinion, allowing these sexual young singles to embark on a warm but warm -hearted journey full of romantic dates, revealing challenges, and new love interests that want to find ‘the one.’ Who will find that special person?
Host Colton Underwood and Kaitlyn Bristowe Helped all competitors On their journey, which included exploring contacts, matching and even deleting each other in what the show referred to as “virgin sacrifices.”
By the end, Brooklyn and Layne were still a couple – as were Michael and Rachael. While Sara and Jake have reached the last episode, they ultimately called her quit instead of choosing to stay committed to each other.
A ruined warning! In spite of the show resulting in two pairs – Who can be together or not – he didn’t inspire any hookups on screen. In fact, Colton, 33, and Kaitlyn, 40, were fun at their success rate in the final scene of the show.
“We actually pushed them out of their comfort zones,” said Kaitlyn before Colton joked, “we’ve done everything other than leading it in at this point.”
Then Kaitlyn asked if they failed “because no one had some.” Colton, however, noted that they could make that happen in a possible second season.

“I always found the subject of virginity so interesting because it was, kind of, eating many of the dates and time I spent when I was dating women,” explained the former -Baglor, who was a virgin in filming his season in 2018, on the “Two Parent and Pod” podcast earlier this month. “All these virgins came together to one place so far without having to feel that shame or stigma that was going to come up (on a date).”
Colton, now married to a husband Jordan C. BrownHe added that he would sometimes share his maiden status just to watch “the shift vibe in a date.”
“It has happened to me,” he remembered. “So that we can provide this place to these virgins so far, so far without stigma, push boundaries (a) to see how it feels in a safe way, knowing that the other person has something in common with you so special. I am very excited for America to meet these people.”
