Indian coach reveals a dark secret

Former assistant coach of India’s Cricket Team Abhishek Nayarwhich was recently plundered halfway through its style by the BCCI, has made a massive revelation involved in Shreyas Iyer.

Abhishek Nayar revealed that Shreyas Iyer Star Batsman does not like much Act Agarkar and main coach Gambhir Gautamwhich caused his selection to the Asia Cup squad of 2025.

In the ICC champions trophy, he played a key role in India’s victory, ending as the main team of the team, with 243 runs at an average of 48.6 and a strike rate of 79.41.

Iyer continued its good shape to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 and played exceptionally well for Kings Punjab (PBKs).

In his first stage as a Punjab Kings skipper, he brought the team to the IPL final after a decade, he had a 604 blow to an incredible average of 50.33 and an excellent strike rate of 175.07.

Many experts felt that Iyer was a certainty in India by playing XI for the Asia Cup 2025 because of its recent form with the bat.

However, the BCCI selection committee did not keep it in the staff of 15 men for the tent tournament and was not named the standbys either.

This development left India’s former assistant coach Abhishek Nayar absolutely surprised and personally asked Ajit Agarkar the reason for Iyer’s deception.

“I wanted to ask -Agarkar as he (Iyer) is not among the reserve players, if he is such a strong contestant?

Abhishek Nayar said that the BCCI sent Iyer a message not even appointing reserves and heard that the batter does not like those responsible for the decision very much.

“It’s a kind of explanation and sends a message to Shreyas Iyer that you are not in our 20 men scheme, because even if things don’t work, you will not be on the team,” added Nayar.

“(In this case) either either Riyan parag Will come or someone else. The big question here is whether they look at it from a T20 point of view. I always say this, the selection, after a while, becomes who you like a little more than the other. Maybe Shreyas Iyer is not as like as someone else, “said Nayar, as News18 cited.
