PSL Draft 2025: From David Warner to Kane Williamson: Complete list of sold players in all categories

The long-awaited player draft for the 10th season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) concluded in Lahore on Monday (January 13). All six franchises finalized their squads for the much-awaited tournament. The draft saw a mix of international stars and emerging talent join the squads, promising an exciting season.

Big names like David Warner were among the best chosen. Teams also used Wild Card entries to bolster their lineups. The tournament will take place between April and May this year and features competitive action. With the squads now complete, fans are eagerly waiting for PSL 2025.

Category wise breakdown at the end of PSL 2025 draft

1. Platinum Category

• In round 1, Lahore Qalandars selected Daryl Mitchellwhile Karachi Kings he picked Warner to bolster his line-up. Quetta Gladiators opted for Mark Chapmani Peshawar Zalmi assured Tom Kohler-Cadmore. Multan Sultans added Michael Bracewell to his staff, and Islamabad United chosen Short Matthew.
• Moving on to Round 2, Quetta Gladiators used their Wild Card pick to enter Faheem Ashrafwhile Karachi Kings added Adam Milne. Quetta further strengthened their batting Find Allenand Karachi used another Wild Card to clear Abbas Afridi.

2. Diamond category

Karachi Kings started the Diamond category with the addition of Khushdil ShahPeshawar Zalmi selected Corbin Boschwhile Islamabad United opted for the experienced Jason Holder. Lahore Qalandars brought in Kusal Pereraadding depth to his batting. Peshawar Zalmi completed the category with Mohammad Ali.

3. Gold Category

• In Round 1 of the Gold category, Peshawar Zalmi used their Wild Card to select Abdul Samad. Multan Sultans redacted Mohammad Hasnainwhile Islamabad United chose Ben Dwarshuis. Karachi Kings added Aamir Jamal in its formation, Multan Sultans included Kamran Ghulamand Peshawar Zalmi chose Nahid Rana.
• In Round 2, Peshawar Zalmi strengthened their all-round options Hussain Talat.

4. Silver Category

• Round 1 saw the drafting of Multan Sultans Akif Javedwhile Karachi Kings added Mir Hamza. Islamabad United selected Salman Irshad and Lahore Qalandars brought in Asif Afridi. Quetta Gladiators chosen Khurram Shahzadand Peshawar Zalmi secured Ahmed Daniel.
• In round 2, Peshawar added Najibullah Zadran in their squad, they chose Quetta Gladiators Haseebullah Khanand Karachi Kings picked Litton Das. Islamabad United strengthened their bowling Mohammad Nawazhe chose Lahore Qalandars Asif Aliand Multan Sultans used the Right to Match card for a Tayyab Tahir.
• Round 3 included the drafting of Lahore Rishad Hossainadds Islamabad Andries Gousand the Multan selection Gudakesh Movement. Quetta Gladiators drafted Kyle JamiesonMultan added Josh Littleand Lahore ended its round with Muhammad Akhlaq.

5. Emerging Category

• In round 1, Quetta Gladiators was selected Hasan Nawazwhile Peshawar Zalmi chose Maaz Sadaqat. Selected Multan Sultans Shahid Azizintroduced Islamabad United Saad Masoodhe chose Lahore Qalandars Momin Qamarand Karachi Kings added Riazullah.
• In Round 2, the Karachi Kings picked Fawad AliLahore added Mohammad Azaband Islamabad redacted Hunain Shah. The Multan Sultans introduced Ubaid Shahand Quetta rounded out the category with Mohammad Zeeshan.

6. Supplementary Category

• Round 1 started with the selection of Islamabad United Riley Meredithfollowed by the collection of Multan Sultans Johnson Charles. Lahore Qalandars added Tom Curranhe chose Quetta Gladiators Where in Mendiand Peshawar Zalmi strengthened their bowling with Joseph Alzarri. The Karachi Kings brought in Kane Williamson.
• In round 2, Peshawar Zalmi added Ahmed DanielIslamabad United selected Rassie van der Dussenand Multan drafted Shai Hope. Quetta Gladiators picked Sean Abbott, Karachi Kings brought in Muhammad Nabiand Lahore Qalandars chose Sam Billings.
• Round 3 included the Karachi drawing Omar Bin Yousufadds Lahore Salman Ali Mirzaand the collection of Multan Yasir Khanwhile Islamabad and Peshawar skipped their elections. Quetta Gladiators added Shoaib Malik in your template.
• In Round 4, Islamabad and Peshawar skipped their selections, Multan chose Muhammad Amir BarkiLahore selected Mohammad NaeemKarachi added Mirza Mamoon Imtiazand Quetta rounded out the draft with Danish Aziz.
