Illinois Gov. JB PritzkerA major democratic leader and rumored, a presidential candidate, signed a bill on bills, opening financial assistance to students to all residents, regardless of immigration status, opening the way for illegal immigrants living in the state to obtain educational financial benefits.

“If you live in Illinois and receive a college degree, you should have access to the same opportunities as your peers,” Vilanova said. “Illinois invests money in all our students, and we seek to help them succeed.”
