To access the map, you’ll need to the DMS section in Instagram, and then tap on the card icon in the top row of the status icons. The first time you tap on the map, instagram will come through how the Instagram Map has bought your place, and why is the place services must be activated for working. Then if you are not already shared your place with Instagram, you will receive a pop-up from your phone if you want to share your place. By touching through that you will bring you to the map.
The majority of the Instagram map is taken from a map showing your current place, with a search bar on the bottom of your friends. Scroll around for a little and your profile power that marks a friend’s current place, or places marked with a specific place. There are a few basic things you can do with Instagram map:
Swipe around and see friends of friends display geographically
Use the search bar to find the current location of a friend recent posts Tagged
Tap on a friend to be taken to their profile, or a place to see in full
Instagram map is mainly informative. Can say to you where your friends are or where have been recently, and allow you to see the content based where it has been posted. It’s really not much more complicated then this. Unless you’re picking what can see your place.

Share your location on Instagram map is opt-in. Your current place will not be shared on Instagram if you do not actively choose to share. That will be placed there have a marked place, something that is an option that all now add photos and videos in your critics.
Instagram gives you four different sharing options for the map. You can share with:
Friends: Followers following you behind
Close friends: Followers already in your neighboring friends list
Only these friends: Specific people you choose
No one: Don’t share your place (except for places with marked located
Thus disabled place of place entirely in Instagram map, or change that can see your location:

Tap on Location settings (the gear icon) in the upper right corner.
Tap on the less than three dot in the corner of the settings menu.
Tap and Drag a pin on the map to mark a hidden place, and then Stay a radius around the slider.
