In a display of exceptional athleticism, David Warner he made an impressive catch Mohammad Hasnain‘s bowling in match 33 of the Big Bash League (BBL) 2024-25 between Sydney Thunderstorm i Perth Scorchers on Monday (January 13).
The third delivery of the 14th over from Hasnain was short and outside off, tempting Ashton Agar to make an aggressive ball over the infield. Placed at mid-on, Warner read the shot impeccably, tracking the ball as it soared into the air. Demonstrating incredible speed and accuracy, he sprinted backwards to cover the distance and timed his jump perfectly.
With his body fully extended and his hands outstretched, Warner caught the ball above his head, completing a catch that left the onlookers in awe. The dive added a touch of drama, highlighting the difficulty of the opportunity. Warner’s sharp reflexes and impeccable judgment turned what looked like a boundary shot into a dismissal. These moments underscore his value as a winger and his ability to lift his team’s morale with sheer brilliance.
