Furthermore, Eden claimed to have heard through a source that the announcement on Monday could be “a fine road for Netflix to break his contacts” with the couple “if they do not offer anything juicy and personal.”
A representative for the Sussex team told Eden that Harry and Meghan had received payment with the new deal, but the details were not confirmed.
“I can say no more because of commercially confidential contractual agreements,” said the spokesman.
Netflix shared a similar statement to the Daily Mail.
“As you can imagine, and as with all the talent that Netflix works with, we don’t discuss fees or deal with terms,” the streaming giant told Eden.
