The guardian on Education County Laurie Tsisneros initially proposed a resolution to the Council. Cisneros was a 28 -year teacher and works as an independent teacher who provides his services to the authorized schools.
“I believe that we need to do my duty to defend the girls in sports and I am looking for their safety and justice,” said Cisneros Fox News Digital. “I am not satisfied with the governor. He does not comply with the federal law … and he intentionally pushes to go against what title Ix is coming.

“I see that it affects families with athletes who are disappointed with the fact that they need to compete with a biological man. And they are disappointed because biological men are naturally stronger, bigger and just different from how girls developed.”
The US Department of Justice has launched a lawsuit against the California Education Department (CDE) and California, the Media Federation (CIF) for its policy that continues to allow men to compete in sports girls across the state.
“(Newsom) costs a lot of money by taxpayers, unlawfully pulling the law,” Little said.

US Education Minister Linda McMahon has praised Kern resolution on the X on Thursday.

One of the incidents, which in particular quicked, was a situation at Martin Luther King’s high school in Riverside, California, where in the fall, Transgender Student took a place for the athlete in the team of running countries.
The athlete who lost the place, Taylor Starling, then took a lawsuit against the Unified Riverside School District.
“In my opinion, it was annoying,” Little said. “He’s a biological man. He’s not a woman. He runs against girls, and it’s fair.”
The little one said she believed that parents have a “constitutional right” to prevent daughters to compete against men in sports girls and suggested that the location of trance -athletes in sports and girls are “discriminatory practice”.

Little said eight speakers attended a meeting on Tuesday to oppose the resolution and support of Trans -Exclusion in sports girls. Little said that these speakers claimed that the resolution was “unfair”.
“This is their opinion. I welcome everyone’s opinion and I want to listen to it and make sure I understand it,” Little said. “And if we disagree, we disagree.”
Little also calls on other school councils to adopt their own resolutions on the implementation of the IX headlines.
“Absolutely why not?” She answered the question whether she urged other school councils in California to watch over her. “Take a stand and protect students, especially girls in sports and other vulnerable areas such as locker rooms.”

“And my position is that I don’t think it’s fair, but I also think it humiliates people with people and humiliate the trans -community. And I don’t like how the right wing tells about the trance. These people just want to survive.”
