Joe Root responds to Jibe by David Warner

Former Australian Cricter David Warner had made an Audaci comment on Joe Root. He said that the batter’s performance in Australia is questionable and that Josh Hazlewood will be a huge threat to the veteran. Warner said Root should “remove the surf table from the front leg” if he wanted to do it in Australia.

Hazlewood has rejected Root a record number sometimes, just behind PAT Cummins and Jasprit Bumrah. Root, who recently commented on Warner’s comment, stated that they are nothing but sensationalizing the series.

“Only that. I can’t have any control over how people see the game or conversation in interview. Nothing new, is it? You know there will be stories and people who want to increase a great series. Nothing changes.”

“What stands out is that I wanted it too much the last twice. I was moving away from what was important. Of course, the last visits there have been many other things to face … Many distractions,” Root said by BBC Sport.

Joe Root opens in the performance below its standards in Australia

The veteran, however, admitted to a not -so -convincing show Australia since it has marked 892 runs to an average of almost 36 in 14 test games. Root said he was too focused and tried to last the races instead of enjoying the game.

“This time I just want to go to enjoy the tour for what it is. It’s a beautiful country, a great place to go to play Cricket. It will be hostile, all you expect and wish for a series of ashes outside.”

Root highlighted his immense experience in the format and seemed to like his new maximum as the second highest point in the red ball format.

“This is something you have to enjoy. Going with 150 150-year-old test games under the belt, I think it couldn’t be more ready for it,” he added

Ben Stokes and England have not won a test since 2011 on Australian floor

England will go to Australia in the hope of some exciting cricket and also. They have a very poor record since they won a test game in 2011 on Aussie soil.

The ashes begin on November 21 and a team from England led by Ben Stokes, after a convincing Anderson-Tendulkar trophy, was hoping to get a victory in at least some of the tests, if not the series.
