Former GOP Candidate receives 80 years in prison for shootings in Democrats’ homes

Prosecutors said Penya organized shootings in the houses of two Bernilly district commissioners and two NY lawmakers in response to unjustified statements that the election fraud contributed to his loss.

“Violence and intimidation do not take place in our elections,” US Prosecutor Ryan Alison said in a statement on Wednesday.

Penja’s officials have targeted were all the Democrats and turned on the current speaker at home.

Following his unsuccessful campaign, Penya appealed to the houses of the Bernali district council members and put pressure on them, so as not to certify the election results, believing that the elections were “rigged” against it.

When they refused and certified the results, Pengia hired co -authors Jose Trukhil and Dimitrio Trukhil to shoot, the prosecutor’s office said.

Both pengie men signed a shooting last year. After the arrest, Penja tried to kill the couples not to give them testimony.

In addition to 80 years in prison, Penya has been overlying. His lawyer said it would to appeal the conviction.
