“I’m having my neck cut off in two weeks so I’m, like, a kind of waiting to get a botox until after that,” said Lowry, 33, on Tuesday, August 12, from Iheartradio “Coffee Confos” podcast.
Lowry explained that her tattoo could “move” where she is no longer visible as a result of the forthcoming procedure.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do about that,” he added. “But I’m very excited to have a chin -trapped. What’s strange (is) when I sit up straight, I really don’t have a double jaw. But these are the angles I always have a double jaw. Sometimes I have three.”
Lowry shared that the surgery would remove his double jaw “completely,” although she admitted that there was “always a risk” that she could return.
“There is a chance that I could need another in 20 years,” she said, according to her doctor. “Hopefully in 20 years I will take a dirt nap anyway, then.”
Lowry has been honest about her plastic surgery procedures through the years. In December 2024, Lowry divided it time to recover from breast reduction surgery. The following month Lowry updated her supporters after will have a belly review.

Lowry explained that she had “not passed on a barrel or a bbl or anything like that.”
KaiLyn Lowry has shared an update on her recovery following a belly review. “We are 5 days after-op,” said Lowry, 32, in a video shared via Tiktok on Saturday, February 2, adding, “I try to tighten pain meds, don’t want to get trapped. I’m very uncomfortable.
“But because we did a belly review to combine my Division-C scar with it, I have a serious bruising in my barrel cheek,” he explained. “And no matter what surgery you get, make sure you take lodgers or miralax or whatever else.”
Earlier this year, Lowry opened for struggling with her mental health and Dysmorphia body.
“I pray that my children never struggle with their body images sufficient to distort their bodies to be thin,” he said in an Instagram video. “I think a little nip and a boob job is fine but to go through this to be thin is (a) mental illness, indeed. And I say that with the utmost respect for anyone who goes through it.”
He continued, “Not just my daughter, my sons too, I don’t want them to experience this level of body dysmorphia. Like, I was basically ready to go to any length and do this over the Christmas break to be thin – even if that meant Elijah couldn’t be there for me.
