Heavy rain weeks were banging the Utarakhand, with the Utari region – the house in the village of Dharali – among the worst floods.
Since last week, about 1,300 people from near Dharali have been rescued.
Last week, heavy rains led to the edema of the Heergang River in the region, sending tons of muddy waters that hold down the hilly terrain, covering roads, buildings and shops in Dharal and the nearest village of Hasil.
The video showed a giant wave of water that spilled through this area, scattering buildings on its way, giving little time to people to avoid.
The chief minister and other Uttarakhand officials said the flood outbreaks were caused by Cloudburst, but the weather department of India did not confirm this.
Shankar Pandy, a senior local official, said that a team of 10 geologists had been sent to the village to determine the cause of the flash rails.
Heergang’s sludge blocked a part of the main Bhagirate River in the region (which becomes holy river Gonda of India as soon as it rides down the current) and created an artificial lake, immersing huge areas of the earth, including government salt.
Rescuers still try to drain the lake, which initially retreated, but again filled after more rains.
Mr. Pandy said in a statement that the list of missing people included 24 Nepal workers, 14 locals, nine army staff and 13 and six people from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh respectively.
However, the locals told reporters that more and more people from the area still remained.
Rescue officials use helicopters to achieve Dhara, who is still blocked by garbage.
A temporary bridge was also built to allow easier access as employees continue to try to clean the locked roads.
“The efforts are constantly made to remove debris and road construction to restore order,” Mr. Pandy said.
Dogs and motor vehicles are looking for those who hit the rubble.
The savior said Press India’s Trust That they were manually digging the garbage where the hotel stood in front of the disaster.
“There was a movement of people in front of him when he was hit by a disaster. The holidays are manually digging with the help of radar equipment, because people can be buried here,” he said.
On Monday, the repair machine near Heergang plunged into the swollen river; His driver is missing and the car remains inappropriate.
The Indian weather Department predicted heavy rains and thunderstorms for different parts of the Uttarkand until August 14 with large announcements issued for eight areas, including a sink.
