The charges against an American influential and teenage pilot, who has been dropped on a remote island in Antarctic since June.
Ethan Gu, 19 -year -old, illegally dropped out his plane on the Chilean territory after departure for a solo trip for all seven continents to raise money for cancer study, local authorities said.
They accused him of providing false flight information officials who detained him and opened an investigation.
The judge ordered him to leave the square, pay $ 30,000 (22,332 pounds) of the sacrifice of the Children’s Cancer and it was forbidden to re -enter the Chilean territory for three years.
Last year, Mr. -Ha gape made headlines when he began to try to become the youngest man who flew solo for all seven continents and gathered donations for cancer study as a child.
Visiting six of the seven continents, in June, he flew out his small Cessna 182Q aircraft from Punta -Aarenas, near the southern Chile point, to King George Island off the Atlantic coast, which was declared Chile and named after King George III.
He was taken into custody after landing on the island, where a number of international scientific stations and their staff live.
Authorities said he had submitted a plan to fly through Punta -Aarenas, but not by the borders, according to CBS News, an American partner of the BBC.
On June 29, he was charged with allegedly transferring false information on the ground and the landing without permission, but the judge refused on Monday.
“I stay in Antarctica, waiting for a permit for a flight,” said Mr. Associece Press (AP) news agency after the judge’s ruling on Monday. “I sincerely hope they will give me it quickly so my plane can continue my original mission.”
Mr. has stayed at a military base on the island for the last six weeks, reports the AP. He was told that he could go to other parts of Chile, but he could not leave the island because of the cold temperature, he added.
Mr. Ha hopes to become the first pilot, which completed solo flights on all seven continents of the Sejo aircraft, and has already spent 140 days in the air.
He decided to raise money for cancer study after his cousin was diagnosed with cancer.
It seeks to raise $ 1 million for cancer research at St. Hadud Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
