Migrant sentenced to life for killing Maryland Mom

An illegal immigrant from Salvador was sentenced to life without a parole for the murder of the American mother five -year -old – in the case caused by President Donald Trump to support his border security.

This year, Victor Martinez-Fireandez was found guilty of raping and murder by Rachel Morin, 37 years old, along a pedestrian trail in Bel-er, Maryland, in August 2023.

He attacked her, threw his head with rocks and strangled her before hiding her body in the drainage part.

The killer was also associated with domestic invasion of Los -Angeles in Los -Angeles and was wanted in Salvador for killing another woman, the prosecutor’s office reports.

He showed little emotions, learning about his fate on Monday.

Judge Yoland Kertin sentenced him to life for his conviction for the first degree murder, his life for raping and additional 40 years for his sex crime and the kidnapping. He will serve the whole term in Maryland prison.

He was arrested in June 2024 after the 10-month application in Tols, Oklahoma.

“Probably, Harford’s district has never considered the case or defendant, who more than every day of the maximum sentence that the court introduced,” said Prosecutor Ellison Hill outside the court building.

In a statement arising from the sentence, the victim’s mother Patti Morin said: “The cruelty of her murder will pursue us for the rest of her life.”

Mrs. Morin’s voice records, who are nine to 15, were played for trial.

In a message addressed to their mother, one of the children said, “Now I have to spend more time without you than I am with you.”

Rachel’s older brother, Michael Morin, said in court that his Christian faith made him offer the killer.

According to immigration and customs execution, the killer illegally entered the US and was sent back across the US and Mexico three times in 2023.

During last year, the White House election campaign Trump continued the murder of Mrs. Morin and other so -called sample angels – those who were killed by illegal immigrants – when he pledged to close the US -Mexico border.

Most studies show that undocumented immigrants can no longer do criminal than US citizens.

Morin’s family supported the Trump’s security company.

Michael Morin appealed to the Republican National Convention last summer in Milooki, Wisconsin.

“Open boundaries are often reflected as merciful and virtuous, but there is nothing compassionate about allowing violent criminals to our country and rob their mothers,” he said.
