Carrie insists she doesn’t need more space, but Seema says that the whole property has more value in owning. The conversation then takes an awkward turn as Carrie dwells on her division of Aidan (John Corbett).
“Why am I so upset at the moment?” Carrie answers. “I don’t know if that is because I feed the idea that Duncan would come back or because I feel you say I should resell.… Because of course, it’s too big for one person. I bought it with a plan and that didn’t happen.”
Seema ensures that Carrie requires only business purposes, and Carrie is refocus quickly. “I’m sorry. I get a lot of feelings about apartments these days,” he explained, admitting that she is “a little scared” about going to Le Lisette. “I think he could make me sad or something, be there again. What if I miss him?”
Seema reminds Carrie that the place is a “heap” compared to where she now lives. “Miss the carpentry? The kitchen s *** house? The warped floors?” She asks. Carrie’s goals.
When she appears for a Lisette party, Carrie walks into an almost unrecognizable apartment. A wall separates the entrance into two, leaving Carrie confusing as she introduces himself all -Lisette, Ezekiel. When going on the prestigious Lisette journey, she finds another wall separating the bedroom.
“I feel like Alice in Wonderland,” said Carrie before pouring himself and a drink lisette.
Lisette goes on to explain that the arrangement is less about renting and more for it to be too “freaked out” about living on its own. “I thought after all these years of all -people I would love, but I didn’t dig it at all. She asks.
Carrie goes back to her large house (and finally furnished) after the party and writes an epilogue for his novel. Earlier in the episode, the editor of Carrie flowed over her prose “moving” but left unwillingly By the end, saying she was “tragic” for the leading woman to finish her story on her own.
“I liked the finale,” Carrie told Miranda and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) After the meeting. “I thought he was honest.”
