The Israeli Security Cabinet occurs on Thursday to decide whether to order a full gas absorption of the gas strip – a step that says the risk of “catastrophic consequences”.
Israeli media say that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu views this as the only way to destroy Hamas and free hostages that are still held by the group after the ceasefire negotiations.
The reports are said to be the head of the military and some ministers disagree, against the background of warnings, such a step can be catastrophic for hostages and Palestinian civilians.
Earlier this week, official UN official Miroslav Jench said he would be against international law and was a “deep” perspective.
The Israeli military currently controls about three quarters of Gaza. The vast majority of the gas population has already been moved by the war, and many others will be uprooted if the army transferred the rest of the areas.
It is planned that the Supreme Government Ministers’ Office will meet at 6:00 pm local time (15:00 GMT) on Thursday.
According to Israeli media, tens of thousands of Israeli soldiers will need to be sent to gas to absorb.
The reports state that the plan is initially focused on full control over Gaza, moving a million residents further south. Forces also take control of the refugee camp in Central Gaza and areas where the hostage is allegedly.
The reports state that the second offensive will occur in a few weeks in parallel with the stimulus of humanitarian aid.

At a meeting with Netanyahu on Tuesday, IDF Chief of Staff, Eel Zamir, warns that the gas control may affect the troops and further threat of hostages. He reportedly presented an alternative plan that includes the county that remains in Hamas’s strongholds rather than complete occupation.
Israeli media say that despite some doubts, the security office is expected to approve the Netanyahu plan.
The hostage families responded with anxiety, fearing that such a step could push their prisoners to murder.
On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump said the adoption of the gas is “really to Israel”. The United States carried out indirect ceasefire between Israel and Hamas for months, but the negotiations broke two weeks ago.
The war began after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, killed about 1,200 people and returned 251 to gas as hostages. According to the Ministry of Health Gaza, Israel launched a large -scale military offensive, which killed at least 6158 Palestinians.
