Meghan Markle shares how Prince Harry made her 44th birthday ‘special’

Meghan Markle felt fortunate that her husband, Prince Harrycares so much about making every journey around the sun unforgettable.

“Blow the candles out on a lovely 24 hours, and thank my husband, friends and family for making him so special,” Meghan, 44, wrote in Tuesday, August 5, Instagram Post. “For those of you I don’t know, but send love every day – thank you so much. Know that I feel it and appreciate it.”

Alongside her caption, Meghan shared a picture of herself making a wish on her cake decorated with flowers. He added some details on where the snap was taken, noting, “And just to get some food on you…. This lunch last night at @funke_la with @evanfunke’s culinary mastery and his team is in the top five meals of my life. Amazingly 🍝 Thanks for a standout eating experience.”

Meghan’s gratitude expression comes a day after her 44th birthday on Monday, August 4. While the Duchess of Sussex took 24 hours before going to social media to reflect, influx of kind messages Her way was sent on her big day.

The founder soon went to the comments section to thank Pal for the kind words. “Thank you, sweet abs!” She’s gushed. “Right back on you, and HAPPY -HAPPY BIRTHDAY for you! ”(Spencer’s Birthday also landed on August 4.)

Meghan rejoined Instagram in January with her own personal account, nearly five years after last posted and Harry’s joint page that has now disappeared. She has since shared a series of important life milestones with her 4.1 million followers, including son Prince Archie’s sixth Birthday. (Meghan and Harry, 40, also share a 4 year old girl Lilibet princess.)

“Our Son. Our Sun. Happy 6th Birthday to Archie!” Meghan wrote in May with a picture of her and the little one staring at sunset together. “Thank you for all the love, prayers and warm wishes to our sweet boy. It’s 6! Where went the time? (And for all of you who came to celebrate with us in his party last weekend, thank you for making his -Anniversary such an incredibly special ❤️).”

Weeks later, she took a moment to honor her and Harry’s wedding birthday with a romantic tribute.

“Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories,” he appointed a carousel of pictures of their relationship. “Thank you to all of you (whether by our side, or from afar) who have loved and supported throughout our love story – we appreciate you. Happy Birthday! ❤️. “
