Brazilian Judge prescribes house arrest of the former president

The Supreme Court of Brazil would have ordered former right -wing President Jiri Balsanar to be arrested.

He is in the trial of allegations that he built a coup, which he denies.

President Donald Trump used the lawsuit of Mr. Bolsonar, which he calls “witch hunting” as a justification for 50% of tariffs for some Brazilian goods, despite the fact that the United States from Brazil is surplus.

The judge, who was investigating Mr. -Balssonar, Alexander De Morasa, said the decision was because Mr. Bolsonar did not comply with the restrained orders put on him last month.

Mr. Moras, who also authorized the United States, said that Mr. Bolsonar used the social networks of his allies, including his sons, to distribute reports that encouraged the attacks on the Supreme Court and foreign interference with the Brazilian judicial system.

Pra-Bolsonaro rallies were held in various Brazilian cities on Sunday. One of his sons, Flavio, who is the senator, briefly put his father on a loud communication to the crowd in Rio -a -Janeiro.

Flovio also reportedly posted a video he removed after his father on the other side of the call, sending a message to fans.

Mr. Moras also forbade him to receive visits, with the exception of lawyers or people who are authorized by the Supreme Court, as well as using a mobile phone directly or through third parties.

Previously, he was prescribed to wear an ankle, follow the curfew, not use social media and do not turn to his son Eduard Bolsonar, who lobbied US officials on his behalf in the United States.

These restrictions were imposed on the allegations that he called for Donald Trump to interfere with the case.
