Erika Jayne still dealing with legal issues four years after her separation Tom Girardi.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills seren, 53, gives an update on the different legal proceedings he faced after her estranged husband was accused of embezzling millions of dollars from clients at his law firm, Girardi Keese, to fund their lavish lifestyle.

“It will be four years in two weeks since I left home and everything happened. In those four years, I have been able to accept many things, heal through many things, and I will continue to do so,” Erika said on the RHOBH After Show on Wednesday, December 17.

However, according to Erika, she is still facing legal problems four years later.

More than a year later, Girardi was charged in the theft case. It was charged with five counts of wire fraud at the time, to which he pleaded not guilty. Jayne, for her part, was not charged with any crimes. Girardi was expelled by the state of California in 2022.

In August, 85-year-old Girardi was found guilty of staggering “tens of millions of dollars” from clients. Prosecutors are seeking a 14-year prison sentence for Girardi. His sentencing hearing is scheduled to take place on Friday, December 20.
