LeBron James is sending ‘so many prayers’ as the Los Angeles wildfires continue

How Los Angeles Lakers hit by wildfires in California, LeBron James can’t wait for it to be over.

Saturday’s Lakers game was postponed and James sent a message to X.

“I pray this nightmare ends soon! So many prayers,” James wrote with multiple hands and crossed fingers emoji.

James joined the Lakers in 2018; his older son, Bronnie, played high school and college basketball in the area before being drafted by the Lakers last year. His younger son, Bryce, who currently plays for Sierra Canyon, the same school as his older brother, has committed to play at Arizona.

LAKERS HEAD COACH JAY REDICK EMOTIONAL, SAYS ‘HORRIFIED’ OF LOSING HOME IN WILDFIRES

An emotional Reddick spoke about losing his home in the flames.

“We filmed for a year to try to figure out where to live long-term, and everything we had that was important to us — almost 20 years of being together and 10 years of parenting — was in that house,” Reddick said. reporters on Friday. “There are some things you can’t replace. They will never be replaced.

“Material things are anything. Me and my family, we’re dealing with the personal side of losing your home. You never want to wish that on anyone. It’s a terrible feeling to lose a home. . . . I’m not sure why I cried so much or voted for several years.”

Monday evening Vikings-Rams NFL playoff game was moved from Inglewood to Arizona due to fires. Two Clippers games, a Kings game and the Rose Bowl Half Marathon and 5K were also postponed.
