Russia has hit

The Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that the Russian missile strike had suffered from military training, which led to a number of victims.

Ukrainian ground forces said at the end of Tuesday that three service staff were known and 18 were injured.

The military did not say where the training ground was located, although one Ukrainian reporter Andrei Tapienko said he was located in the Chernihiv region north of Kiev, which bordered on Russia and Belarus.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has posted a video that, as a result of the Iskander ballistic missile, more than 20 cluster blasts participated.

The video could not be verified immediately, but the Russian fashion claimed that the number of victims of the Ukrainian was much higher than the Ukrainian military said. There was no longer a word from the military from end on Tuesday.

“Despite the safety measures taken, unfortunately, it was not possible to completely avoid losses among the staff,” the social media said in a statement.

This is the third Russian attack on Ukrainian training just over two months.

Iskander rocket in a missile attack on a camp in the northern border region of Sami killed in May, and another strike killed 12 people and injured another 60 last month.

The defense of the Ukrainian troops on exercises is particularly sensitive to the military, which states that it will investigate, or “actions or inaction of officials” led to death or injuries in the morning on Tuesday.

Mikhail Prawati, commander of the ground forces, resigned after the deadly attack last month, saying that the victims were “young guys from a training battalion” and that most of them were in the shelter at the time.
