Russia has hit

The Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that the Russian missile strike had suffered from military training, which led to a number of victims.

Ukrainian ground forces said at the end of Tuesday that three service staff were known and 18 were injured.

The military did not say where the training ground was located, although one Ukrainian reporter Andrei Tapienko said he was located in the Chernihiv region north of Kiev, which bordered on Russia and Belarus.

This is the third Russian attack on Ukrainian training just over two months.
