Marking six years since the launch of their acclaimed movie ‘Dear comrade”, Actress Rashmika Mandanna He made a trip through the memory lane by sharing an emotional note and a set of photos behind the scenes on Instagram. The film, which came to the cinemas on July 26, 2019, starred in Vijay Derakonda Next to Rashmika, and was released on Telugu with folded versions in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.

In the beloved comrade, Rashmika played Lily, an ambitious and determined state -level cricket, a role that demanded serious preparation. Despite having no previous cricket experience, the actress took on the challenge with a complete dedication. He underwent four months of Cricket training to provide authenticity to the role.
Reflecting on the experience, Rashmika had previously shared how the trip taught him the importance of mental strength in sports. He admitted that his respect for women cricketers grew immensely during this period.
