Former head coach Nick Saban gave Kudos President Donald Trump for Signing Executive Order This has set new restrictions on paying athletes at a college on Thursday.
The order prohibits athletes from receiving payments from third parties. However the order imposes no restrictions on Nil payments For college athletes according to other sources.

“I think we need to make a decision here as to whether we want to have a model based on education, which, in my opinion, the president has taken a huge step towards it, or we want the universities to sponsor professional teams? And I think most people would choose the former.”
The order states that “any revenue distribution authorized between universities and collegial athletes must be realized in such a way that protects women’s and non -permissible sports.”
“The order requires conservation and, where possible, expanding opportunities for scholarships and collegial sports competition in women’s and non -permissible sports.”
No accurate recommendations on how these sports will be taken into account in the original ad. However, Saban seemed sure that the college sport was safe.

Saban and Trump met as early as May To discuss the current state of college athletes and NIL transactions. Saban retired in 2024, largely thanks to the new culture.
