RHOBH Review: Drama Appears and Curses Fly at Kyle Richards Party

Kyle Richards hosted his “first” solo solo on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the drinks were flowing – but so was the drama.

Kyle, 55, came up with the idea for her Denim and Diamonds party early on Tuesday’s episode, December 17. She explained in her confessional that she “felt funny” hosting an event without her estranged husband. Mauricio Umansky. (Kyle and Mauricio separated in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.)

“There was always something going wrong that he would help with,” Kyle said. “I feel a little strange. I don’t know what to put on the invitations. … I just feel a little lost.”

Kyle’s feelings of anxiety seemed to subside – until at least Camille’s Grammar arrive at the event. Kyle confided in Camille, 56, saying it had been “really rough” dealing with her split from Mauricio.

“He’s in this bachelor pad, no responsibilities,” Kyle said. Camille responded, “It’s a party for them. Midlife crisis, this is fun, young ladies. … I know him. Been there, done that.”

Kyle admitted that she thought Camille was “predicting a little bit” when she revisited the exchange in her confession. (Camille was married Kelsey’s Grammar from 1997 to 2010. The the end of their marriage chronicled on RHOBA season 1.)

“Has Mau done a few things I could live without, that’s me have to see on the internet? Yes, sure,” Kyle continued. “But Camille’s experience and mine are both very different. I mean, it could be a lot worse.”

As the party progresses, Saint John’s Bozoma he decided to “call a tribal council” to discuss what went down in Oceanside during last week’s episode. (Dorit Kemsley going to argue with Kyle and Sutton Strake.)

Things between Sutton, 53, and Dorit, 48, came to a head during a sit down with the full cast.

“You’re angry and you’re not angry at me. You’re angry about your life,” Sutton declared, referring to Dorit’s separation from PK Kemsley. “Don’t take it out on me. It’s not my fault you’re in the situation you’re in.”

Kyle called Sutton’s statement a “low blow” in her confession. “Why would you tell her that right now? By the way, I agree but I’m not going to tell her that right now,” he added.

Dorit was quick to hit back. (Elsewhere in the episode, Dorit claimed that Sutton doesn’t give “one f—” about what she’s going through.)

“I’m being open and honest and honest and transparent,” he said. “My life is terrible at the moment. I am not in a good place at all and I have no tolerance for more bulls—. It’s that simple. How’s that for transparent and honest and open?”

Camille said she was “bad to butt in” but wanted to add her two cents about Dorit.

“Years ago, my house burnt down. I lost my house, I lost my assistant for many years and I didn’t get a lot of compassion or empathy from some – especially Dorit,” he said. Dorit replied, “Honey, you were a total c— to me.”

All of the RHOBA girls were stunned by Dorit’s statement.

“You were a total c— to me. … I called you stupid c—. I won’t go—ing c—. I did it as a joke,” Dorit continued, referring to the season 8 moment. “I said you were stupid c— as a joke. You know I did. … You always knew it, Camille.”

Dorit also reflected on a past RHOBH moment in her confessional.

“Once, I regretted calling Camille (spelled c—). Now, I feel like Camille is f—ing c—.”

Camille went on to claim that “suitable” Dorit often gives a mate RHOBA “on hold.”

“Where have you been Camille? What are you even doing here?” Dorit said. “What are you doing here? You need a moment.”

Camille then remembered meeting Dorit for the first time Erika Jayne – but forgot Erika’s name.

“My name is Erika,” she said with a laugh. (In her confession, Erika simply said: “W—.”)

“You’re a different person now, Dorit,” Camille continued back at the party. “I don’t know what happened to you, but you’ve changed.”
