Row was also present at the event called “Energy and Investment Summit” at Carnegie Mellon University. He praised the efforts of the federal government and the leaders of Pennsylvania as “huge”.
“The headlines caught up with us in such a way that it is completely indisputable,” Row said during the interview. “This is a huge play of Pennsylvania and (two Senators) (David) McCormic and (John) fetterman, both of which gathered in a non -partisan way of falling behind this jolt.”
“I was just invited to remind the crowd that creating jobs is very different from creating enthusiasm for these jobs.”

The founder of Mikeroworks has warned that artificial intelligence does not necessarily come to workplaces such as miners of coal and retail jobs, but instead coders and technology industry may be at high risk.
“We have exalted our part of the white collar over the last 30 years at the expense of the blue collar,” Row said.
“We were some intimidation that robots and technologies, which are certainly on the horizon, if not yet here, come to work in a blue collar. It turns out that it is quite the opposite is the position of white collars.”
Row added that written and creative assignments have unstable prospects due to automation.
“Now they look very shaky,” he said. “AI will come to these (jobs).”

However, Row led that the threat of white collars brings to blue collars. He expressed confidence that this as a result of a sea of changes in the job market in the United States could lead to a “golden age” in trading positions.
“In the short -term period, we enter the golden age of plumbing, adaptation for the couple, devices, welding welding, ventilation ventilation,” Row explained. “These jobs will not affect the II, and these are the jobs created in Pennsylvania.
Row has advertised a program of scholarships on an ethical fund that has observed an increase in applications over the last year, demonstrating national interest in young Americans for skilled trading jobs.
“My foundation is modest.” he said. “We handed about $ 13 million in these work ethics scholarships, and this year we have 10 times more applicants we did a year before.”
Despite the obvious enthusiasm for teenagers with blue collars, Rou emphasized the need to fill in hundreds of thousands of open positions, as well as continuing to advertise these posts, it is necessary for the US sustainable production.
“We have no problem with the opportunity,” he explained. “And although we may have a break in the skills, we also have a break in freedom. And if we do not, if we do not beat this case, we will just continue to push the boulder on the slope, I’m afraid.”
