Chief advisor Minister of Defense Pete Heagset After six months of service, the Pentagon, the Ministry of Defense (DOD) confirmed on Saturday Fox News Digital.
Justin Fulcher told Fox News Digital that he had officially resigned on Thursday night, calling his own decision.
Fulcher said he initially planned to serve six months in the government and, having reached this item, decided to move on “by -good.” He also emphasized that he called the “great work” that Hugset performs “for our troops and the country.”

In addition to counseling HegSeth by staff and politics, Fulcher played a role in several defense initiatives during his stay, he said Digital Fox News.
Fulcher said he contributed to reviews of major acquisition programs aimed at strengthening the US mortality and industrial database, and helped streamline the timing of the software “from the years in the month”, the modernization of key IT systems across the department.
He also stated that he supports Hgegset at high-level meetings across the Indo-Pacific Ocean, including Shangri-La dialogue in Singapore, and participated in efforts that redirected nearly $ 50 billion from non-fallen lines and more effective defense programs.
Fulcher praised “devoted men and women of the Ministry of Defense”, cited progress in the “revitalization of this warrior” and “restore the military”, and thanked both Hegset and Hugset and Trump For their leadership. “However, this is just the beginning,” Fulcher added.
Fulcher, who has held the post of senior advisor to Hegset since April, announced his departure on Saturday afternoon in a message Posted on x.
“As planned, I completed 6 months of service in the government of my country,” he wrote, calling this experience “incredibly inspiring”.

“Nothing could happen without the decisive leadership of HEGSET or President Trump’s constant confidence in our team,” he wrote. “I will continue the champions of US military figures in all future endeavors.”
Fulcher joined DOD earlier this year as part of the internal circle of HEGSET, a cohort of loyal advisers appointed after the Jigset took the helm in the Pentagon on Trump’s second term.

Its departure goes amid a wider reshuffle of senior staff at the Gegseta office. At least six assistants have been left since January, although defense officials have reduced steps as standard transitions.

It is unclear what the next step of Fulcher will, though his statement believes he intends to remain active in national security circles.
The Pentagon has not yet called a replacement.
