“We provide children with some basic skills that they are useful when they decide to join military service,” says Fidaille Bickbulatov, who manages the youth site in the occupied areas of the Zaparichi region in southeastern Ukraine.

The EU sanctioned the youths and the Bickbulat personally for “militarization of Ukrainian children”. Yunarmia is also focused on the UK sanctions for participating in the Russian brainwashing company Ukrainian children.

Yunarmia is not one. Other organizations funded by Russia, which have passed, include “the movement of the first” and “warrior”, a network of centers for “military and sports training, as well as patriotic education of young people” created on the orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

These groups organize competitions such as Zarnitsa’s game, which are introduced into the Soviet era, where Ukrainian children should demonstrate “general military literacy, knowledge of statehood and military history of Russian, firing arms skills”.

As the children promote through the education system, they are taught in Russian, using the Russian program and textbooks that justify the war against Ukraine.

One such book reflects Ukraine as a little more than a Western invention created to wear Russia, and claims that human civilization may have ended if Russia did not invade Ukraine in 2022.

Lisa, who studied at the school in the occupied Donetsk, says that students were forced to take part in events that celebrate Russia and the USSR.

“When they were preparing some parade, I, my whole class and all my year were forced to attend every weekend and train. We had to keep posters. I couldn’t say” no “, that’s not my choice. I said I needed it for graduates,” Lisa says.

“Every time the lessons began, our teacher forced us to stand up, put his hand on his hearts and listened to the Russian anthem, which she made us study.”

Under the school, Ukrainian children accept to see specially organized exhibitions that glorify Russia and “special military operation”.

One of the centers for such trips are held by exhibitions called “Russia – My History” and “Heroes of Special Military Operations” in Melitopol in the Zaparichi region.

The Kremlin has also launched a large campaign to adopt Ukrainian children on an excursion to Russia as part of the efforts to introduce pro -Russian sentiment.

Russian Culture Minister Olga Libimova claims that more than 20,000 children from the occupied Ukrainian territories were taken to Russia only as part of one program called “4+85”.
