Newcastle’s manager, Eddie Howe, said that the “Treasure” Magpies Alexander Isak and hopes to stay with them this summer, despite the intense speculations that link the Sweden striker with a distance from the club.
Isakwhich scored 27 goals in all competitions last season, was not in Newcastle’s squad for his pretense of 4-0 preseason in Celtic on Saturday.
“Alex has trained and well, but we did not want to risk it,” Howe said, suggested that Isak’s omission was a precaution against injuries.
“It’s hard for me to give 100% clarity to any player. All I can say is that Alex is happy in Newcastle; he loves players, staff, team.”
Isak lost the 1-0 defeat of Newcastle in Arsenal on May 18 with an injury to the ingenuity, but was almost always present in the rest of the Premier League season.

The new Seung-Soo Signing Park, an 18-year-old South Korean striker, saw from the stands when Newcastle began a forgotten start to its preseason program.
Howe said the departure of sports director Paul Mitchell had provided him with “a more busy summer than he wanted” in terms of transfers.
“Someone in this role protects the manager from many things,” Howe explained. “Summer, of course, was not relaxing for me to turn off -Me and see what happens.
“It has been a challenge in that sense. We need to ensure that we are strong enough for a long campaign.”
The midfielder Sean Longstaff, who left for Leeds United for 12 million pounds on Friday after 19 years in Newcastle, was “someone who never wanted to lose,” said Howe, adding that finance, the benefit of the Premier League and the rules of sustainability and “long -term planning” have affected his decisions.
“She is a great young lady: she was very popular in the dressing room and on the pitch. He did a great job and tactically understood everything we needed to do.
