At least 32 Palestinians looking for food were killed by Israeli rifles about two aid distribution points close to Khan UNIS and RAFA in southern Gaza, the Ministry of Health reports.
Dozens also suffered about two sites that conducted controversial Israeli humanitarian funds of Gaza (GHF), the report said.
GHF said there were no incidents “on their sites and near them, but in the fact that” Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) “had happened a few hours before their sites were opened.
One eyewitness told Reuters that the Israeli gun seemed to be “aimed at murder.”
The Palestinian Ministry of Health said a number of bodies were taken to the nearest hospital on Saturday morning.
Almost daily reports that the Palestinians have been killed while finding assistance since GHF started activities in late May. Witnesses say most were shot by Israeli forces.
IDF reported the BBC that in the latest incident the troops released a warning to prevent “suspects” approaching them, saying the incident had happened before the assistance sites opened.
Mohammed al-Khalid, speaking with Reuters, sent his finger at the Israeli army for the attack.
He said he was included in the Palestinian group, which was said that the GHF help center was opened, but when they arrived, the tanks started moving to them and opened fire.
“These were not the shots that had to scare us or organize us, it was aimed at killing us if they would like to organize us, but they meant to kill us.”
GHF uses private security contractors to distribute assistance from sites to Israeli military zones. Israel and the US say the system is needed to stop Hamas from theft of help. The UN refuses to cooperate with it, characterizing it as unethical and saying that there is no evidence that systematically distract Hamas.
On July 15, the UN Human Rights said it still recorded 674 murders in the immediate vicinity of four GHF sections in the south and central gas over the last six weeks.
Another 201 killings were recorded on the UN routes and other escorts by adding.
GHF denies that there have been any deadly incidents in the immediate vicinity of their sites and accused the UN of using “false and deceptive” figures from the Ministry of Health Hamas Gaza. The figures of the ministry are widely regarded as a reliable number of bodies seeing gas hospitals.
Israel does not allow international information organizations, including the BBC, to send journalists to the territory.
This week, the UN has also stated that the number of acutely underlying children has doubled since Israel began to restrict food that is part of March. Despite the creation of GHF, a considerable amount of assistance, including the children’s formula, is still blocked at the border.
On Friday, the director of one field hospital said in a statement that they had an unprecedented influx of patients suffering from severe exhaustion, removal and acute malnutrition.
So far, 69 children have died of malnutrition during an increasing humanitarian crisis, according to the Hamas government media.
On Friday, US President Donald Trump once again suggested that the ceasefire transaction was very close, but the Palestinian official told the BBC that the negotiations remained blocked and the last troops offering proposed by Israel was still inadmissible to Hamas.
