Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley Enjoyed a night out in London in a girl Noah Cyrus‘Concert.

Billy Ray, 63, and Hurley, 60, were seen laughing up while at the audience at the Noah Show at Islington’s Assembly Hall on Friday, July 18, according to an eye. In photos obtained by Weekly USBilly Ray can be seen sitting next to Hurley with a sweet -wrapped arm.
