He has been described as “a highly inspirational, stimulating and experienced sales professional” in comment on his elimination profile.

Only months after Byron came on an astronomer board, the company published “Growth 206 percent from year to year” for astro and touching the work of the CEO with major brands such as Condé Nast and Electronic Arts.
“We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in such a short span,” said Byron at the time. “This growth is not only witness to our exceptional product but also to our dedicated team, our vision and trust that our customers put in us.”
In November 2024, Byron published that cabot was join an astronomer as its new chief people officer. He came to the technology company after four years in the same role for the NEO4J graph database management company, where an astronomer said she had helped the brand expand from “225 to 900 employees” and contribute to “50 per cent growth year -on -year.”
“As an astronomer, our people are the most valuable asset in helping our customers do more to gain competitive advantage with their data,” said Byron. “Kristin’s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement and scaling people’s strategies will be crucial as we continue our fast trajectory. She is a proven leader in multiple growth stage companies and her passion for nurturing diverse, collaborative workplaces will make it the perfect fit for an astronomer.”
When a cabot was employed by an astronomer, he mentioned feeling “vigorous” by his conversations with Byron throughout the hiring process.
“I prefer to think about my role as a people’s strategy against traditional human resources, as the real magic happens when you align the people’s strategy with the business strategy,” Cabot said in a statement in November 2024.
He went on, “There are plenty of companies out there where a leadership team does not recognize the value that a strong people leader and a people team can bring to a company. It is not just about the benefits or catering dinners. There is so much more to him, and I was energized in my conversations with Andy and Andy and the astronomer leadership team for the opportunities that exist here.”
On July 16, astronomer Coworkers had the very awkward experience of being caught at a kiss during the Coldplay show at the Gillette Stadium, which sits as much as 65,000 people. Shown on the big screen with his arms around Cabot Press, Byron quickly got out of the camera range once he realized he was on the jumbotron.
As Coldplay fans overflow the scene to go on camera, a cabot could be seen holding her hand over her face and then turning around so that it could not be identified. Unfortunately for Cabot, it was already too late, as a clip of the moment soon went viral.
The movie was particularly awkward since Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin obviously noticed that something is up. As Byron and Cabot pull out of sight, Martin’s joking: “Oh, what? Either they have a relationship or they are very shy!”
He later quoted, “I hope we did something bad.”
As a result of the viral moment, social media users found Kerrigan Byron’s Facebook page. While many shared sympathetic comments and tried to pick up Kerrigan Byron, others were fun in the situation in an insensitive way.
Ultimately, Kerrigan Byron completely deleted her Facebook account after being pelled with a flood of social media conversation. Byron removed his LinkedIn account shortly after he also went viral.
