Denise Richards asked a court for defense from her disengaged husband, Aaron Phyperswhich she accused her physically abusive throughout their marriage, and Weekly US can report unique details.
According to court documents obtained by UsRichards, 54, asked for a suspension order Against Phypers52, Wednesday, July 16.
Richards said to the court, “Throughout our relationship, Aaron often choked me violently, squeezing my head violently with both hands, squeezing my arms tightly, slapping me violently in my face and head, attacking aggressively slaming my head into the bathroom towel rack rack, threatening to kill me to get me back and I was killed Download all my text messages.
“Aaron regularly threatened to ‘break my chin’ and he would cry, beg for me to wait, and promise to get help – none have ever happened,” he said.

Richards said, “Aaron grabbed my left arm tightly over and over again.” He said the next day that Aaron came into her town house with his father and “went within an inch to my face and started shouting at me, calling me ‘c *** butain’ several times and with his right hand violently hitting my hat bill violently with the back of his hand which caused my hat to fall off my head.”

Robin l Marshall/Getty images“Later that day, Aaron persecuted me and grabbed both arms forcefully and pushed me and dragged me to the ground,” he said. “I landed on the stairs, causing tremendous pain. Aaron stole my laptop and sent private messages that he had stolen from my laptop without my permission.”
He added, “Aaron threatened to ‘disappear’ if I called the police.”

I went into your computer and saw your text messages because your laptop was open while you were watching the movie on Netflix. I clicked iMessage Sync like your text messages would appear on your laptop and everything downloaded and draw a picture of everything you lie bitch.”
“Later, while I was on the peeing toilet, Aaron crushed me on my head with the palm of his hand while screaming at me, ‘Give me your f *** ing.'”

Michael Tullberg/Getty ImagesRichards accused Phypers from her mistress repeatedly during their marriage. He said he owned eight unregistered guns. “He has told me several times in the last two years, because the guns were unregistered if he used them, no one would be able to track them,” he said.
During another incident on May 1, Richards claimed that Phypers had been held in the back of her head by the hair and slammed to the ground.
“You don’t cancel my flight, I’m going with you and I don’t trust you,” he claimed.
Richards pleaded that Pypers should be ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and return her laptops and everything downloaded from his phone.

Steve Granitz/FilmmagicIn her filing, she said she moved out of the family home in 2023 due to marital issues and leasing three townhouses. “I am the only person on the lease to the three townhouses. Starting on July 4, 2025, I have repeatedly told Aaron that he is no longer allowed in any of my town houses, and yet he has repeatedly entered the town houses,” he said. Richards also attached two pictures of a black eye alleged to have caused her on January 17. She claimed that Phypers had hit her in the eye.
The court gave Richards a suspension order until a court hearing later this month.
The request for Defense will come After Pypers filed for divorce on July 7, indicating “incompetent differences. “
