Boss Samsung Li Jun was released from the South Korean Fraud Fraud

Boss Samsung Li Jun was cleared by South Korea’s Supreme Court on charges of fraud, completing a long-standing legal battle for its role in the 2015 merger agreement.

Lee, the grandson of the founder of the Samsung and the actual head of the company since 2014, was charged with the use of shares and accounting to try to get control of the firm.

In his final verdict, the Supreme Court in Seoul supported the verdict not to blame after Lee was justified on all charges in the two previous lawsuits.

The case has caused extensive control over the technological giant when the country is fighting with corporate corruption scandals associated with its powerful family conglomerates known as Chabols.

“Today, the Supreme Court clearly confirmed its final ruling that the Samsung C & T and the Samsung biological means were legal,” Samsung’s lawyers said on Thursday.

“We sincerely thank the court for the wise decision after a careful five -year trial.”

Lee confronted the accusations of fraud after the merger that led to his continuity boss Samsung, after his father Lee Koonhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh had survived and was left in a coma in 2014.

In 2024, the District Court cleared Lee on all charges related to about $ 8 billion (5.97 billion pounds) between two subsidiaries.

Lee was cleaned again after the prosecutor’s office appealed against the case in the Supreme Court.

Legal battles over the last decade added in trouble Samsung when they are fighting the competition and insufficient stock market performance.
