Holy savanna She revealed that she had a liposugo after dealing with health issues.
“I was going through all kinds if *** with my endometriosis and I had taken this medicine, and literally gained 40 lbs in three months,” Chrisley, 27, shared during the Tuesday, July 15 episode, her “unlocked” podcast. “It was mad.”
The reality star was about to do a photo and “hated” session how she looked. After talking to a plastic surgeon Charlie Gaba – Who was Chrisley’s guest on a podcast this week – both decided he should get liposugna. (Chrisley went public with its diagnosis endometriosis in 2020, detailing multiple surgeries he received at the time.)
“It happened quickly,” he remembered. “It was a while back. It was around Christmas time.”

Chrisley explained that she had a virtual consultation with Dr. Galanis and she was Beverly Hills about a week later for the surgery.
“I felt like S ***. I didn’t like how I looked,” explained Chrisley. “If you don’t like how you look, not just take a toll on you physically, but emotionally and mentally.”
Not only did Chrisley see a difference in her body after liposugno, but she changed her entire mindset. (Elsewhere in the episode, Chrisley also confirmed that she had a nose post, but with a different surgeon.)
“It made me want to live a healthier life,” he continued. “When I saw the results, I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, I want to keep this up.’”
The podcast host saw the results of six weeks after the surgery – and thought she looks “like a completely different human being.”
Chrisley said she never had any plans to publicly reveal her liposugo, even Dr. Galanis was amazed by his honesty.

“I’m surprised you were raising this. We never talked about this in public before. I didn’t know you were going to talk about it,” he said. Chrisley replied, “I also did not.”
Chrisley further explained that “the stigma” around plastic surgery is what he initially prevented from sharing details of the liposugno.
“I was going through all my health things. By gaining weight, I worked out, eating properly, nothing works,” he continued. “That’s it, being on television and having to make a campaign shooting for a product. I’m like, I can’t showcase the way I looked. For me, it didn’t fit the brand. I didn’t feel well. I needed a quick answer, but the judgment that coincides with it.”
