During Friday’s chapter, July 11, from the popular Peacock series, Nic saw her mother and sister, who showed her support for Olandria. In fact they told Nic they were “day 1 fans” of his connection with Olandria.
“We’re actually there for each other through all the bull *** we’ve been through it,” replied Nic but without elaborating. Although Nic Cierra did not discuss, she has made some rare comments since she left the villa earlier this season.
Nic and Olandria became a favorite fan couple earlier in season 7 when they were still with other people. Despite Nic with Cierra and Olandria considering a future with Taylor Williams, fans created edits and made pleas on -lein for producers to find ways for Nic and Olandria to interact.

That opportunity came when Nic and Olandria were individually Delete in the center of Casa Amor. However, they were not taken out of the villa, and instead offered them the opportunity to coupling together. Eventually, Nic returned to Cierra days later, and Olandria remained single until Cierra departed.
After a racist post of his past resurfaced, Cierra left the villa, and rebuilt Nic his connection with Olandria.
“It’s bitter. I was kind of very exciting to feel that I had shut off with someone,” he admitted. “It took me a lot to get to that point but it wasn’t supposed to be.”
Cierra showed her support for Nic and Olandria sparingly she “liked” a fan posted edit on his Instagram by his family. This came days after she broke her silence for the scandal she sent home.
“I’m not the victim in the situation,” Cierra said in an Instagram video shared on Wednesday. “While I was in the villa, there were some jobs that were re -facing my past where I was very naive using an incredibly offensive and derogatory term. I want to start first by tackling not only anyone I have hurt or crime deeply – but most importantly – the whole Asian community. I’m deep, really, honest.”
Cierra claimed that she did not know that she used slurry in the post of 2024 which caused a backlash, adding, “I had no idea that the word caught so much pain, so much harm and coming with the history that it did or would never have used.
Elsewhere in the video, Cierra addressed Peacock’s decision to be removed from season 7.
“The truth is, in that moment, the lesson was taught, the word was removed and it was a real learning moment for me. Since that moment, I’ve done so much growing as an individual and I’ve tried my best to educate others who may be accidental for these kinds of words that could be offensive in their vocabulary,” he continued. “I totally agree with the network’s decision to draw me from the villa. I think this is something that deserved punishment and the penalty has certainly been accepted.”
New chapters of Love Island USA released six days a week – except Wednesday – on Peacock. The end of season 7 is expected on Sunday, July 13.
