The US judge once again blocked President Donald Trump in the implementation of an order that stops the right to birth, for some US residents when the legal problem moves forward.
A judge in New Yampshire approved a lawsuit on Trump’s executive order and temporarily stopped the President’s entry into force.
The lawsuit in the class was initiated by the US Union of Civil Liberties on behalf of the parents of immigrants and their babies.
The decision comes a few weeks after the Supreme Court imposed restrictions on how and when universal prohibitions are issued by federal courts. However, the decision is still allowed through certain legal ways.
The lawsuit in the class was introduced after the Supreme Court’s decision in accordance with the new standards set by the court.
However, the White House disputed the validity of the judge.
“Today’s decision is an obvious and illegal attempt to bypass the Supreme Court order against universal assistance. The decision of this judge ignores the supremacy of the law by abusing the procedures of class action,” said Harrison Field’s press on Thursday. “The Trump administration will vigorously fight against the attempts of these judges of the District Court of Rag on the obstacle of the policy, which President Trump has been elected for implementation.”
The US Constitution guarantees citizenship to all born in the United States, but Trump sought to withdraw this right to children born to unregistered immigrants and foreign visitors, as part of his immigration repression.
The lawsuit in the class seeks to challenge the order as harmful and unconstitutional, and the judge ruled that he could continue on behalf of the children who would be affected by restrictions.
The ruling also stops once again with the order that was a priority for Trump. The judge gave the government to appeal the government for seven days.
Restriction of citizenship from birth was one of his first actions in office.
Many courts across the US have issued nationwide bans as they considered legal problems in the order.
The Trump administration appealed against those temporary detention in the highest US court, arguing that the judges had no powers to block the president’s order at the national level, while the courts considered cases.
The conservative majority of the Supreme Court based on Trump in the 6-3 ruling, which has generally reduced the judiciary, although the judges did not affect the constitutionality of Trump’s citizenship.
After the Supreme Court’s decision, Trump’s order came into force on July 27.
