The Young and the restless fan Get something to wake up because Christine “Cricket” Blair and Danny Romalotti finally engaged.

Cricket and danny First related When teenage cricket was crunched on Danny. They began to date, eventually married in Hawaii in a chapter in 1990. Their marriage, however, ended after Danny slept with a fan, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), who gave birth to his son, Daniel. (Danny later learned that he is not Daniel’s biological father.)
Decades later, cricket and Danny found their way back together in a story line likely to excite Og Show fans.
“We were part of that time for them, and now here we come back to their lives when their children are now moved out or at college or whatever,” Bell, 56, told People. “We remind someone of those fun days where we all feel like we are still young and we would give anything to go back to that time. So we are very grateful that that group has stuck with us and is going to be so exciting.”
Damian, 63, also speculated how Yatr yatr Fans will respond when they see Danny pop the question.

While Damian and Bell were teasing that the second marriage of their characters would be seen on screen, they played a coy for the details.
“It’s fun because I can imagine there will be six people there or maybe half of the cast. I have no idea,” she joked in Wednesday’s profile. “I would hope for the people who have been waiting for the marriage who (Phyllis) will obviously plan something, but that nothing is affecting the truth ‘I do.'”
The young and the restless, like most soap operas, are known for its shocking plot bends that fans do not see come – and sometimes they are equally surprising to cast members. Damian, however, guesses that “something is going to happen” when cricket and Danny do it back down the aisle.
Bell he spoke previously Weekly US For the evolution of cricket and Danny since their first marriage. (In 2024, cricket gave her career in law to support the Danny World Tour.)
