FIR was registered at the Indirapuram police station based on a complaint filed by a Ghaziabad woman. She had presented her grievance on June 21 through the Minister’s Minister’s Minister Pradesh’s online portal, alleging emotional, physical and mental abuse under a false marriage promise.
“He made physical advances repeatedly with me for a falsely promising marriage and introduced me to his family, who said he would be his daughter -in -law. I maintained the relationship with honesty and complete dedication,” said the woman.

The woman claimed that Dayal and her family repeatedly gave her false insurance. He said that his participation with other women pushed him to the edge and tried to lead his own life several times due to emotional pain. However, Dayal has not responded to the complaints.
“I tried to end my life many times because I couldn’t get out of mental pain, and he and his family continued to give -false insurance. His relationship with other women caused me a deep mental trauma and broke me,” he said.
One week after submitting the complaint, the woman told Dainik Bhaskar that Dayal had seen several women during the time they were in a relationship.
The woman urges quick legal action against Yash Dayal
The woman has called for urgent legal action against Yash Dayal. He filed a complaint through the online portal of the Minister of Uttar Pradesh, including evidence such as photographs and call records. Stated that many women fall into emotional manipulation disguised as relationships.
Following a preliminary investigation, police found the women’s claims believable and recorded a fir at the Indirapuram police station. Authorities confirmed that legal procedures are underway, but Dayal has not yet been arrested. Its arrest will depend on higher steps of corroboration and procedure.
The woman stated that her goal is not revenge, but that justice and hopes that her actions will encourage other women to face situations similar to presenting.
